How we collect text message consent
Our company only sends text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. Consent is collected in one of these ways:
1. Verbally, on a phone call
When someone on a call asks us to send information by text, we ask:
"Is it okay if we text you at this number about our linen and uniform service? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime."
We text only after a clear "yes". We record the date, time, number and the person's answer.
2. When you text us first
If you text our business number, we reply to your conversation. You can reply STOP at any time.
3. In person or on a form
When you give us your mobile number on a business card, sign-up sheet or web form next to this statement:
"I agree to receive text messages from Our company about linen and uniform service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms · Privacy"
